Biography:
Michael Kempf is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, organisational development and one-to-one coaching at top management level. In more than 30 years of consulting he has guided large corporations, public administrations and mid-sized organisations through far-reaching change. He designs and delivers tailored change architectures that fit the structure at hand.
Together with six other consulting firms, we have launched a cooperative. The Excellence Circle eG is live as of today and combines effective consulting and attention to detail with specialist expertise and delivery capability for major projects.
From now on, more than 600 permanently employed, highly qualified consultants at 25 locations are bundled under one roof. The Excellence Circle unites outstanding experts from b.telligent, CPC, Envolved, Hrpepper, Iskander Business Partner, L&B Solutions and prosma. In addition, the company offers a high degree of purchasing efficiency and security for our clients.
