Biography:
Gunnar Schultze is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, business transformation and leadership development. He took on leadership responsibility early in his career and has held every position from middle management to managing director. That lived leadership experience goes into every consulting project.
On January 16, 2025, at our kickoff in Mainz, we officially rang in the new year – and it was a wonderful start!
The prelude began the evening before with a sociable get-together, delicious food and great atmosphere. A special moment was the farewell to two colleagues who accompanied us over many, many years – thank you for everything and all the best on your new paths, Kristina Bossen and Georg Heuchert!
On the event day itself, exciting topics were at the centre:
- A look back at 2024 – our successes and milestones that make us proud.
- Outlook and goals for 2025 – a strong foundation for an ambitious year.
- OKRs: what exactly are they? – from the company perspective through to our internal contexts and their concrete goals for the first quarter of 2025.
- News & people – everything that moves our team and drives it forward.
And after the lunch break? Then it was: "Namaste instead of the afternoon slump!" With a short yoga session we recharged our energy – and perhaps discovered one or two muscles we did not even know we had. After that we were fit again for the afternoon and for the exchange between our teams!
After this intensive day, we are motivated, focused and ideally positioned for a successful 2025.
