Working at CPC: questions and answers
We take on responsibility early and deliver first-class results. You're part of the project from the very beginning. You structure complex situations, develop solutions and put them into practice together with the client. Sometimes we also work with third-party partners along the way. You switch between analysis, alignment and direct collaboration with the client. You create clarity, organize topics, plan the approach and make complexity manageable.

Clear and unvarnished: we're in the consulting business. Our everyday work is demanding, dynamic and sometimes stressful. Working hours depend on the project and can at times be above average. Requirements change, priorities shift and some situations arise spontaneously. Dealing with uncertainty, rapidly changing conditions and unplanned events is simply part of it. In the long run, only the best manage it. Accordingly, flexibility and resilience are basic prerequisites of our job.
