Biography:
Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher is a partner at CPC AG and, as CEO Austria, responsible for the Austrian market. Her fields of expertise cover change management, organisational development as well as project and management consulting. Eight years in China and Hong Kong add wide-ranging intercultural leadership skills to every project.
At CPC, 100% of our employees in change management and other specialist areas are competent. More than 52% of our experts in change management consulting are women. In the consulting industry, that is above average, even if the distribution across experience levels is not yet fully balanced.

Equal opportunity is lived in our daily practice. This shows, for example, in the full transparency of our salaries: per experience level, all consultants earn the same salary. Promotions, too, are not decided by individual supervisors, but by the employees of the next-higher experience level.

It was with great joy that our two partners Jördis Anderson and Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher represented CPC at this year's awards gala. Together with inspiring figures from German business, they celebrated role models and their outstanding successes.
