Biography:
Gunnar Schultze is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, business transformation and leadership development. He took on leadership responsibility early in his career and has held every position from middle management to managing director. That lived leadership experience goes into every consulting project.
Which change management consultancy comes out on top? And which consulting firm knows other consulting fields best? The business magazine brand eins and Statista have examined the market for management consultancies for the eleventh time in a row.
We are mightily proud to be "Germany's Best Management Consultants 2024" once again. We share our 1st place in the consulting field of change management & transformation with four globally leading consultancies.
This year, more than 3,000 industry experts and clients took part in the survey: around 1,700 partners, principals and project leads from consulting firms gave recommendations for management consultancies across 17 industries and 21 areas of work. Following the expert survey, an online survey was conducted among 1,700 executives from listed companies about which consultancies and areas of expertise they particularly value. In each industry and each consulting field, the consulting firms were sorted by the number of recommendations given for them. In the end, 298 companies and eleven consultant networks made it into the ranking.

In addition to change management, CPC was recommended for four further consulting fields:
- We are pleased about the recommendations on the topic of "digitalization & digital transformation". Because in recent years we have successfully advanced digitalization for municipalities through numerous projects, whose leaders were not part of the survey. In addition, the number of our projects in AI consulting is currently rising.
- We are not actually a classic HR consultancy. In that sense, we attribute the recommendations in the "Human Resources" consulting field to the fact that we do a lot of successful leadership development.
- Sustainability is a strongly growing trigger for change projects. As change management specialists, we have been active in the field of sustainability transformation since 2022 too, and are of course pleased about the first recommendations.
- Our product classic is the consulting field of organization. In that sense, we are pleased about the recommendations, because we are currently working on various projects on organizational design.
