Biography:
Michael Kempf is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, organisational development and one-to-one coaching at top management level. In more than 30 years of consulting he has guided large corporations, public administrations and mid-sized organisations through far-reaching change. He designs and delivers tailored change architectures that fit the structure at hand.

On the methodology
First, a peer group of 15,700 consultants from over 335 management consultancies was surveyed. Participants were then asked about the most renowned companies in their respective consulting area. You can find detailed results of the survey here.
