Biography:
Sebastian Keim is a Senior Manager at CPC AG and has been leading large-scale projects across many industries since 1999. He focuses on change management, sales & marketing as well as programme and project management. He also heads CPC's marketing, combining consulting experience with strategic communication.
We have been recognized for the fourth time in a row: after 2018/2019, 2020/21 and 2022/23, in 2024/2025 too we are once again officially "Hidden Champion for Change Management and Implementation".
An expert panel makes proposals
We love this award, because you cannot apply for it or buy it. Only companies in change management consulting that have been proposed by an independent panel of experts from academia and practice make it into the preselection. The subsequent detailed survey of more than 1,000 executives is also consistently independent of vested interests and is carried out using scientifically precise methods.
