Biography:
Michael Babilon-Teubenbacher is a partner and member of the executive board at CPC AG, focusing on adaptive transformation consulting, organisational development, leadership development and change management. He played a leading role in building the international business, particularly in China, and combines strategic leadership responsibility with pronounced intercultural competence.
Two days of strategy, exchange and team spirit in Aschaffenburg
At the beginning of July we came together for this year's company meeting – two intensive, inspiring days full of ideas, conversations and shared experiences. Our goal: to create space for reflection, strategic alignment and personal encounter.Day 1: strategy and collaboration
Friday was entirely devoted to substantive work. In a joint review of the first half of the year, we reflected on successes, challenges and important milestones. Afterwards, in an OKR session, we sharpened our goals for the third quarter – clear, ambitious and jointly supported.
A particular highlight was our internal "in-house fair": colleagues from different projects presented methods, tools and client cases. These insights once again showed how diverse and effective we are on the ground – and how much internal knowledge we can share with one another.
The day ended with a summery evening party featuring a pizza food truck, music and cold drinks – a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas away from everyday project work, too.
Day 2: experiencing team culture
On Saturday we took things easy – the day stood for lightness and togetherness. Whether at Kubb, frisbee or on walks – everywhere there was room for conversation, laughter and a genuine team feeling. A shared lunch in the beer garden rounded off this year's gathering nicely.
Our conclusion
The Company Meeting 2025 was a powerful source of momentum for the second half of the year.
Especially in times of remote collaboration, it strengthened us again as a team and created orientation.
