Biography:
Clemens Heisinger is a partner and member of the executive board at CPC AG, responsible for finance, IT, HR and organisation. His focus is on turning the potential of artificial intelligence into value-creating solutions for companies and on steering that transformation. He combines leadership experience with expertise in organisation, processes, regulation and change management.
What a wonderful evening in Frankfurt: on June 3, 2026, the CPC team was once again at the start line of the JP Morgan Corporate Challenge. Together we took on the 5.6-kilometre course through Frankfurt's city centre – right in the middle of the special atmosphere of one of the largest corporate runs in the world.
Together over 5.6 kilometres
The JP Morgan Corporate Challenge has been a fixture in Frankfurt's sporting calendar for many years. In 2026 the run took place in Frankfurt for the 32nd time. More than 63,000 runners from over 2,300 companies took part. The focus is not only on athletic times, but above all on team spirit, fairness, exercise and the shared experience away from the daily work routine.
For us, too, the run was once again a special moment. Whether at the hustle and bustle of the start, out on the course or during the get-together afterwards: experiences like these show what collaboration is all about. You motivate one another, keep at it together and, in the end, take joy in what you have achieved as a team.
Team spirit beyond the finish line
It is precisely this team spirit that is an important part of our work in everyday projects, too. Trust, cohesion and the joy of moving things forward together do not only arise in workshops or meetings. They also arise in moments like these – when colleagues line up at the start together, support one another and afterwards look back on the evening together.
Our highlight was the mix of athletic challenge, great mood and many small moments in between – including the odd banana.
