Biography:
Gunnar Schultze is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, business transformation and leadership development. He took on leadership responsibility early in his career and has held every position from middle management to managing director. That lived leadership experience goes into every consulting project.
The new year began for us with a promising bang: our kickoff meeting 2026 recently took place in Göttingen and was not only a strategic source of momentum, but above all a real highlight of personal togetherness. The opportunity to meet colleagues face-to-face again, to exchange ideas and to feel the shared energy provided a real motivational boost and strengthened our team spirit.
Setting the strategic course for 2026
In focused sessions, the strategic course was set for a successful and dynamic year 2026. The focus was on central topics that will shape our direction and development:
- Overview & orientation: An in-depth analysis of the current market dynamics, our clients' needs and our own positioning was fundamental to creating a shared understanding of the path ahead.
- Clear direction & focus: For 2026 this means an even sharper concentration on our core competencies and on where we can create the greatest added value for our clients. Efficiency and impact take centre stage here, in order to deliver the best possible solutions in change management.
- Transparency creates trust: Creating clarity about roles, goals and priorities is crucial, because transparency forms the foundation for trust and enables everyone to contribute their full potential.
- Guided development with OKRs: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) serve as our central steering instrument. They make our most important topics visible and measurable and provide all of us with clear orientation in day-to-day projects and beyond.
- Strong collaboration & open exchange: We continue to actively encourage dialogue. Whether in sales, in our projects or in dealing with future topics such as artificial intelligence. Because together we are stronger and learn from one another.
Outlook and shared successes
Alongside the strategic content, the team spirit was not neglected either. A fantastic evening event rounded off the day and offered room for relaxed exchange and celebrating our shared successes.
