In the category of companies with 51 to 100 employees, we take 6th place. In the "Best Employers in Consulting" category, we land in 3rd place this year, and in the "Best Employers in Hesse" category, in 5th place. We are incredibly proud and delighted about the renewed award.
Recognized for the 13th time in a row
A total of 931 companies with around 422,000 employees took part in the initiative of the Great Place to Work® Institute this year. But only the best companies were selected and recognized for their special commitment to shaping a good and trusting workplace culture. The list of winners comprises 100 companies and organizations of all industries and sizes. They were honoured on the basis of an employee survey for their very good corporate culture and the creation of excellent working conditions.
The seal is coveted by employers and popular with applicants. Because, compared with the average of companies in Germany, staff turnover at the recognized companies is 7.7% (German national average: 14%) and sick days average 4 days (German national average: 14.6 days). The so-called Trust Index – the average of all survey results – is 87%, compared with the German national average of 58%.
The basis for the assessment is an anonymous survey of employees on central topics around the workplace, such as leadership, fairness and appreciation, team spirit in collaboration, further training opportunities, support for professional development, social integration and work-life balance. In addition, the quality, diversity and sustainability of the HR work are assessed in a comprehensive culture audit.
