Biography:
Noema Löw is a Senior Manager at CPC AG and heads the leadership and talent development business unit. For three years she has been the account manager for an international telecommunications group and brings seven years of leadership experience. She focuses on change management, culture and mindset as well as coaching and enabling, and regularly facilitates digital and in-person formats for managers.
We are mightily proud to have won the European Training Prize 2023 in the "Mixed Training" category together with our client Lufthansa Technik. We receive the prize for Vibrant Leadership – a learning journey – also as a Digital Learning Journey, which leaders can embark on with their team and individually. The initiative offers coaching, workshops and digital modules to deepen current leadership topics and to exchange ideas peer-to-peer and within the team.
BDVT has been giving awards since 1992
The BDVT (Professional Association for Training, Consulting and Coaching) recognizes exceptional education, further training and qualification measures every year. The award was launched in 1992 and is one of the most renowned awards for outstanding achievements in the training market.
The final pitch of the three best concepts took place on April 27, 2023, at the Villa Leonhart in Königswinter. The high-calibre jury awarded Vibrant Leadership the European Training Prize 2023 in silver. The representatives of Lufthansa Technik and CPC received the silver medal happily and with great pride.
