Biography:
Michael Kempf is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, organisational development and one-to-one coaching at top management level. In more than 30 years of consulting he has guided large corporations, public administrations and mid-sized organisations through far-reaching change. He designs and delivers tailored change architectures that fit the structure at hand.
Alongside the big consulting players, there are many mid-sized consultancies that set standards with competence, experience and outstanding service.
To determine the best mid-sized management consultancies in Germany, the SZ Institut commissioned the market research institute INNOFACT. By means of a preliminary survey, the institute identified the 231 best-known mid-sized consulting firms with less than 100 million euros in annual revenue and a focus on process and strategy consulting as well as organizational design.
In the subsequent survey of clients – managers and decision-makers from numerous companies – the best-known mid-sized consultancies were assessed on the basis of the criteria competence, client orientation, methodological diversity, confidentiality, communication competence and implementation orientation.
The result of the analysis: 65 of the 231 mid-sized management consultancies examined achieved an index value of 100 points or more and thus the "Best SME Consultants" award. We are proud to be among the recognized consultancies. With 109 points, CPC took 24th place.
