Biography:
Clemens Heisinger is a partner and member of the executive board at CPC AG, responsible for finance, IT, HR and organisation. His focus is on turning the potential of artificial intelligence into value-creating solutions for companies and on steering that transformation. He combines leadership experience with expertise in organisation, processes, regulation and change management.
On March 20, 2025, our colleagues Johanna Höltermann and Sebastian Fletzberger once again received an important award. At the ceremonial gala at the Kölner Flora, CPC was named for the second time in a row Germany's Best Employer 2025 in the size category 50 to 100 employees. In addition, the company was honoured with the Trust Champion Award – a recognition of 15 years of uninterrupted Great Place to Work®.
Lasting success through a lived corporate culture
This award is impressive proof of CPC's sustainably lived corporate culture. As change management experts, we consistently place people and cultural aspects at the centre of our consulting approach. This is reflected not only in our success with clients, but also in the high quality of our own corporate culture.
A total of 1,080 companies took part in the benchmark study of the Great Place to Work® Institute this year. Representatively, 561,891 employees were surveyed about the culture of their collaboration. The focus was on topics such as leadership, trust, recognition, support, collaboration, team spirit and identification with their company. In addition, company leaders provided insights into their measures for HR and leadership work.
Trust, identification and team spirit as pillars of corporate culture
The best companies were distinguished in particular by a high degree of trust, identification and team spirit. 91% of employees at the best employers stated that their leaders trust them. Nationwide, this figure is only 70%. In addition, 92% of employees at the winning companies rated their workplace overall as very good, while the average in Germany is only 63%.
The so-called Trust Index, which is formed as the average of all survey results, is 86% at the top companies. By comparison, the nationwide average is only 58%.
