Biography:
Tobias Huebner is a Senior Manager at CPC AG, focusing on change management, organisational development as well as programme and project management. With more than 15 years of international project experience he heads the Center of Competence for SAP S/4HANA change management. In that role he drives the build-up of organisational consulting capabilities and continuously develops “CH/4NGE”, the change framework based on SAP Activate.
Whether blue-, brown- or greenfield, each of these implementation approaches is like "open-heart surgery". Whether it is successful stands and falls with the active participation and acceptance of the affected groups within a company. Stakeholder orientation is therefore the order of the day.
