Biography:
Jan Philipp Hölz is a Senior Manager at CPC AG and has been with the company for 20 years. He focuses on adaptive transformation consulting, change management, organisational development and process re-design. With extensive change experience in SMEs and large corporations as well as international projects, he is one of the recognised experts in adaptive transformation and change management.
In today's world, change management is indispensable. After participants had already completed the first modules of the comprehensive change management certification as e-learning, the personal exchange was the focus of the on-site training in the first week of March 2024. The valuable experiences and insights of trainer Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher helped to consolidate the content learned and make it tangible for practice. The feedback speaks for itself:
