Biography:
Clemens Heisinger is a partner and member of the executive board at CPC AG, responsible for finance, IT, HR and organisation. His focus is on turning the potential of artificial intelligence into value-creating solutions for companies and on steering that transformation. He combines leadership experience with expertise in organisation, processes, regulation and change management.
On March 19, 2026, our colleagues Milena Pein and Sebastian Fletzberger once again received a special award. At the ceremonial gala, CPC was named "Germany's Best Employer 2026" in the size category of 50 to 100 employees for the third time in a row.
At the same time, the award marks a special anniversary: for 16 years in a row, CPC has been among the Great Place to Work® companies.
Success through a lived culture
This success does not come by chance. It is the result of a corporate culture that we actively shape and live every day.
As a consultancy for change management, we know: transformation only succeeds when people come along. That is why we put employees at the centre not only in client projects, but also internally.
We create an environment in which responsibility is taken, collaboration works and development is possible. This strengthens motivation, engagement and long-term success – internally as well as with our clients.
What distinguishes good employers
As part of the Great Place to Work® study, it is examined how employees experience their working culture. The focus is on central factors such as trust, collaboration and identification.
Among the things assessed are:
- trust in leaders
- quality of collaboration
- recognition and support
- team spirit and identification
The results clearly show: companies with a strong culture of trust are not only more attractive employers, but also more successful in the long term.
Trust as a success factor for change
Especially in times of transformation, it becomes clear how important trust, clarity and cohesion are. Organizations that strengthen these factors sustainably increase their ability to change.
For us, this is not coincidence but a clear aspiration: we shape change in such a way that people support it and actively help to shape it.
Our aspiration: shaping change effectively
The renewed award confirms our path. At the same time, it is an incentive for us to keep developing our culture.
Because we are convinced: successful organizations emerge where people enjoy working and take responsibility.
That is what we work on – every day. For ourselves and for our clients.
