Biography:
Gunnar Schultze is a member of the executive board and a partner at CPC AG, focusing on change management, business transformation and leadership development. He took on leadership responsibility early in his career and has held every position from middle management to managing director. That lived leadership experience goes into every consulting project.
In 2026 CPC is once again among the best management consultancies in Germany. The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) has recognized us again — this year in four categories at once:

A ranking based on industry expertise
For the ranking, the Handelsblatt Research Institute identified an expert group of more than 16,500 consultants working in around 500 consulting firms.
This peer group was asked which consulting firms they consider particularly renowned in the respective consulting fields and industries served. Self-assessments and so-called voting cartels were excluded from the evaluation. The published best-of lists are the result of this survey.
Being assessed by experts from the consulting industry itself is what makes this renewed recognition especially valuable to us.
