Biography:
Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher is a partner at CPC AG and, as CEO Austria, responsible for the Austrian market. Her fields of expertise cover change management, organisational development as well as project and management consulting. Eight years in China and Hong Kong add wide-ranging intercultural leadership skills to every project.

Structure and content
The masterclass combines flexible e-learning modules with intensive on-site phases. It starts with two e-learning modules for well-founded foundational and advanced training in change management. These are followed by four on-site modules of two days each in Frankfurt am Main. Here you dive deep into designing and supporting complex change processes.
You learn to develop a systemically shaped "change mindset", to advise leaders through change and to effectively use complex change instruments as well as tools for steering, monitoring and reporting in change projects. The focus is on high practical relevance through detailed case studies, interactive exercises and reflection on your own practical cases. At the same time, the masterclass offers room for expert exchange.
