Biography:
Clemens Heisinger is a partner and member of the Executive Board at CPC AG, where he oversees Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. His focus is on translating the potential of artificial intelligence into value-adding solutions for businesses and steering this transformation. In doing so, he combines leadership experience with expertise in organizational structure, processes, regulatory affairs, and change management.

We were once again named a kununu Top Company in 2026—for the fifth time in a row. With 4.2 stars, 128 reviews, and a 100% recommendation rate over the last two years, we are once again among the top 5% of the most popular employers on kununu.

What does the award mean?

kununu awards the Top Company seal exclusively on the basis of authentic, independent reviews from current and former employees. It recognizes companies that receive above-average positive ratings from their employees—both in terms of review scores and recommendation rates. Only a small proportion of all listed employers meet these criteria and receive the seal.

We see this as more than just an award. It is a trustworthy signal, both internally and externally, that shows that we work hard together, take responsibility, and make a real impact.

Why this is important

For applicants, the award shows that we at CPC create an environment in which we embrace collaboration, development, and mutual support.
For customers and partners, it shows that our way of working is based on a stable foundation of trust.
And for our employees, it is confirmation of what they experience every day.

The positive feedback from our colleagues reflects what we stand for:
Excellent top teaming, a value-oriented, open culture, and a shared commitment to quality and impact.

Many thanks to our team and our former employees for their honest feedback and trust. You make our identity visible—and we look forward to continuing to develop this culture together.
