Biography:
Michael Babilon-Teubenbacher is a partner and member of the executive board at CPC AG, focusing on adaptive transformation consulting, organisational development, leadership development and change management. He played a leading role in building the international business, particularly in China, and combines strategic leadership responsibility with pronounced intercultural competence.
Our board member Michael Babilon-Teubenbacher recently took on the role of EFQM representative for Germany, in order to further strengthen our long-standing collaboration with EFQM.
EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) is an independent, non-profit organization whose goal is to support companies in their pursuit of performance improvement and effective change. To this end, it uses the EFQM model, a globally recognized framework.
