Biography:
Oliver Kleinknecht is a partner at CPC AG, focusing on digitalisation and AI transformation, project and programme management as well as change management and organisational design. Before joining CPC he worked as a developer, architect and project manager for a global IT service provider. His credo: knowledge and experience are the basis for success, which only comes from putting them into practice.
In recent weeks we have worked together with our partner Big Pictury on an extraordinary project: the AI Big Picture.
The starting point was many conversations with clients and colleagues in which the same question kept coming up:
"Oh, that's an AI use case too?"
A visual map of AI possibilities
From this observation emerged a visual map of AI possibilities – our spaceship metaphor. It is not a technical overview, but shows in an inspiring way how AI, as a cross-cutting topic, touches all areas of a company: HR, finance, production, marketing or customer service.
