Project management as strong DNA
Many of you still know CPC from the days when we did above all one thing: made sure that projects were set up cleanly, ran well and were completed successfully. Project management was our clear DNA – and it has remained so to this day. But over the years our perspective has broadened considerably.I have now worked at CPC for many years. And what has changed most during that time is not a single offering or a new framework – but rather the focus of our impact. In the past, it was about making projects effective. Today, it is about making organizations effective.
A focus on effective organizations
We work where strategic initiatives are born – and where it is decided whether they actually take hold in day-to-day operations. In concrete terms: we support companies in consistently implementing strategic initiatives, creating suitable structures and – where necessary – developing culture and leadership mindset. Change management is no longer an add-on here, but one of our central tools.
This shift in perspective is also reflected in our current approach of Adaptive Transformation Consulting. We think of transformation not selectively, but holistically: from governance and frameworks through leadership to culture and collaboration. In a world of permanent change, that is precisely what becomes a competitive factor – adaptability and organizational resilience.
Growing alongside our clients' needs
At the same time, from my point of view CPC has "grown along" very consistently: today we work more strongly at the decision-maker and leadership level, often with very experienced clients and equally experienced consultants. The topics have become more complex, the time horizons longer – and the aspiration to achieve lasting impact considerably higher.
What has not changed in the process is our attitude. CPC has remained CPC. The focus on people, on collaboration on equal footing and on meaning in our work shapes our work just as much as it did before. Or put differently: today we do different things – but out of the same convictions.
A fresh look at CPC
So if you still associate CPC with the image from the past, a fresh look really is worthwhile. A great deal has happened. And at the same time, much of it still feels very familiar.
