First Place Again: CPC Named One of “Germany’s Best Employers 2026”

Biography:
Clemens Heisinger is a partner and member of the Executive Board at CPC AG, where he oversees Finance, IT, HR, and Operations. His focus is on translating the potential of artificial intelligence into value-adding solutions for businesses and steering this transformation. In doing so, he combines leadership experience with expertise in organizational structure, processes, regulatory affairs, and change management.

On March 19, 2026, our colleagues Milena Pein and Sebastian Fletzberger once again received a special award. At the gala ceremony, CPC was honored for the third consecutive year as “Germany’s Best Employer 2026” in the category for companies with 50 to 100 employees.

At the same time, this award marks a special milestone: CPC has been recognized as a Great Place to Work® for 16 consecutive years.
