The Great Place to Work® Institute once again honors "Germany's Best Employer 2023" this year. CPC is among the winners for the 13th time in a row.
We came 6th in the category for companies with 51 to 100 employees. In the "Best Employers in Consulting" category, we came 3rd this year and 5th in the "Best Employers in Hesse" category. We are incredibly proud and delighted to receive this award once again.
As CPC has been recognized for the 13th time in a row, this means that we are still Trust Champion Platinum. Only very few companies in Germany have received this award.
A total of 931 companies with around 422,000 employees took part in the Great Place to Work ® Institute's initiative this year . However, only the best companies were selected and honored for their special commitment to creating a good and trusting workplace culture. The list of award winners includes 100 companies and organizations from all sectors and of all sizes. Based on an employee survey, they were recognized for their very good corporate culture and the creation of excellent working conditions.
The seal is coveted by employers and popular with applicants. Compared to the average for companies in Germany, staff turnover at the award-winning companies is 7.7% (national average: 14%) and the average number of sick days is 4 days (national average: 14.6 days). The so-called Trust Index - the average of all survey results - is 87% compared to the German average of 58%.
The assessment is based on an anonymous survey of employees on key topics relating to the workplace such as leadership, fairness and appreciation, team spirit in cooperation, further training opportunities, support for professional development, social integration and work-life balance. The quality, diversity and sustainability of HR work are also assessed in a comprehensive culture audit.
