On July 3, 2026, we gathered in Magdeburg for this year’s company meeting. Since we mostly work together remotely on a day-to-day basis, it was especially nice to finally get together in person again and chat away from our screens.
Some of our colleagues had already arrived the night before. During a cozy get-together at the Swiss Milk Spa, we were able to chat in a relaxed atmosphere and kick off the company meeting together.
Mid-Year Review
Friday began with a group review of where we stand. At the midpoint of the year, we made a point of taking time to look back on the past few months: Where do we stand right now? What went well? What challenges have we faced? And what developments have shaped our customers’ experiences?
The focus was not only on successes, but also on lessons learned from challenging situations. The open discussion helped us bring together different perspectives and identify key areas for focus for the second half of the year.
Project Experience from Consulting Practice
Next, the focus shifted to our client projects. At five booths, our teams shared insights from a variety of projects—ranging from AI initiatives and change management to process organization and strategy implementation, all the way to supporting comprehensive transformations.
The format provided an opportunity for direct discussions, questions, and the sharing of experiences. At the same time, it became clear just how diverse our projects are and how much knowledge exists within CPC.
It was precisely this personal exchange that made the project marketplace particularly valuable. After all, many experiences, approaches, and insights can be conveyed most vividly through direct conversation. At the same time, it provided new inspiration for our own project work.
Shaping the Future of CPC Together
After the project marketplace, we turned our attention to the future that afternoon. The focus was on how we want to position CPC going forward and continue to develop it together. Which topics will become more important for our clients and for us? Where do we want to set new priorities? And how can we leverage our strengths even more effectively? Discussing these questions together helped us bring different perspectives together and establish a shared understanding of the next steps.
After an intense and insightful day, we headed together to our evening venue right on the Elbe. We wrapped up the company meeting with good food, plenty of conversation, and a great atmosphere.
The company meeting in Magdeburg once again demonstrated how valuable face-to-face interaction is for our collaboration and the joint development of CPC.
