Which change management consultancy is ahead of the pack? And which consulting firm has the most expertise in other areas of consulting? For the eleventh year in a row, business magazine brand eins and Statista have examined the market for management consultancies.
We are extremely proud to once again be named "Best Management Consultants 2024." We share our first place in the field of change management and transformation consulting with four other leading global consultancies.
This year, more than 3,000 industry experts and customers took part in the survey: around 1,700 partners, principals, and project managers from consulting firms made recommendations for management consultancies across 17 industries and 21 areas of work. Following the expert survey, an online survey was conducted among 1,700 executives from publicly traded companies to find out which consulting services and expertise they particularly value. In each industry and consulting field, consulting firms were ranked according to the number of recommendations they received. In the end, 298 companies and eleven consultant networks made it into the ranking.

- We are pleased with the recommendations regarding “Digitalization & Digital Transformation.” Over the past few years, we have been able to successfully advance digitalization for local governments through numerous projects, whose executives were not included in the survey. Furthermore, the number of our projects in AI Consulting.
- We are not a traditional HR consulting firm. In this respect, we attribute our recommendations in the field of human resources consulting to the fact that we have contributed significantly to the successful executive development .
- Sustainability is a rapidly growing trigger for change projects. As change management specialists, we have also been active in the field of sustainability transformation and are naturally delighted to receive our first recommendations.
- Our flagship service is organizational consulting. In that regard, we appreciate the recommendations, as we are currently working on various projects related to organizational design .
