Which consultancy is ahead at Change Management ? And which consulting firm is best versed in other consulting fields? The business magazine brand eins and Statista have analyzed the market for management consultancies for the eleventh time in a row.
We are extremely proud to once again be named "Best Management Consultants 2024". We share our 1st place in the consulting field Change Management & Transformation with four leading global consultancies.
This year, more than 3,000 industry experts and clients took part in the survey: Around 1,700 partners, principals and project managers from consulting firms made recommendations for management consultancies for 17 sectors and 21 areas of work. Following the expert survey, an online survey was conducted among 1,700 managers from publicly listed companies to find out which consultancies and expertise they particularly value. In each sector and consulting field, the consulting companies were ranked according to the number of recommendations they received. In the end, 298 companies and eleven consultant networks made it into the ranking.
A total of 37 consultancies qualified for the "Change Management &Transformation" consulting field. CPC has been the frontrunner here since 2022. This is particularly remarkable as our level of awareness is significantly lower than that of the leading consultancies.
Besides Change Management CPC was recommended for four other consulting fields:
- We are delighted about the recommendations in the area of "Digitalization & Digital Transformation". In recent years, we have been able to implement numerous digitization projects for municipalities whose managers were not part of the survey. In addition, the number of our AI consulting projects.
- We are not actually a traditional HR consultancy. In this respect, we attribute the recommendations in the "Human Resources" consulting field to the fact that we have implemented many successful management development programs programs.
- Sustainability is a fast-growing trigger for change projects. As Change Management specialists, we have also been active in the area of sustainability transformation and are naturally delighted with the first recommendations.
- Our classic product is the consulting field of organization. In this respect, we are delighted with the recommendations, as we are currently involved in various projects for agile organizational development projects.
