01 Hidden champion for Change Management 2024/2025

We have been recognized for the fourth time in a row! After 2018/19, 2020/21 and 2022/23, we are now officially "Hidden Champion for Change Management and implementation" again in 2024/2025. We will hold this title for the next two years and are extremely proud of it. Because it is a great reward for our passionate commitment to the topic of change.

The study "Hidden Champions of the Consulting Market" by the scientific society for management and consulting WGMB is highly regarded in the market. The aim of the study is to identify comparatively unknown consulting firms that are considered by their clients to have greater expertise in their specialist area than the three major consulting firms McKinsey, BCG and Bain.

It is not possible to apply for this award. The pre-selection is made exclusively on the basis of proposals from an independent panel of experts from science and practice and empirical preliminary studies carried out by the WGMB.

Result of the study: CPC leaves the top dogs in the consulting industry behind in 2024 and wins the award in the category "Change Management". We would like to thank our customers for the great cooperation and the fantastic feedback.

02 Brand eins /theme - Best consultants 2021 - 2023

The business magazine brand eins /thema and Statista GmbH have scrutinized the consulting industry for the tenth time. We are extremely proud of our 1st place in the consulting field Change Management, which we share with one of the world's leading consultancies.

 

For the ranking, more than 1,800 competitors, including experts, partners and project managers from management consultancies as well as around 1,500 managers from large and small companies, were asked for their opinion. They were asked which consultancy firm is best versed in which subject area and has the edge. A total of 310 management consultancies and networks were named and thus made it into the ranking. 30 consultancies qualified for the Change Management consulting field. CPC has been the frontrunner here since 2022.

03 Focus Top Consultants 2021 - 2023

FOCUS-Business presents Germany's top consultants for the third time - and we are also among them in 2023. In collaboration with the independent research institute FactField GmbH, FOCUS BUSINESS has recognized the best consultancies in 22 different specialist areas. In addition to the listings for digitalization, organizational consulting, process consulting and restructuring, we are particularly proud to bear the "Top Consultants 2023 - Change Management" seal.

 

The top management consultancies were identified through recommendations from clients and colleagues. In particular, the decision-makers in the company who use the services of consultancies were addressed - a total of more than 1800 experts. This year, 269 management consultancies that were recommended more often than average received the Top Consultants award.

 

In addition to the specialist areas, involvement in various industries is also considered. CPC is mentioned particularly often for the automotive, logistics, banking, insurance, public sector, chemicals & pharmaceuticals, mechanical & plant engineering and infrastructure & mobility industries.

04 Great Place to Work® 2023

The Great Place to Work® Institute honors "Germany's Best Employer 2023". We took 6th place in the category for companies with 51 to 100 employees. This year, we came 3rd in the "Best Employers in Consulting" category and 5th in the "Best Employers in Hesse" category. We are incredibly proud and delighted to receive this award once again.

This year, the Great Place to Work® Institute received 931 applications from around 422,000 employees. However, only the 100 best companies were selected and recognized for their special commitment to creating a good and trusting workplace culture. The seal of approval is popular with employers and is popular with advertisers. In comparison with the average for companies in Germany, staff turnover at the award-winning companies is 7.7% (other companies: 14%) and sick days average 8.5 days (other companies: 18.5 days). The number of training days, innovative strength and sales development are also significantly higher than the company average.

 

The assessment is based on an anonymous survey of employees on key topics relating to the workplace such as leadership, fairness and appreciation, team spirit in cooperation, further training opportunities, support for professional development, social integration and work-life balance. In addition, the quality, diversity and sustainability of HR work are assessed in a comprehensive culture audit. The employee survey is at the forefront of the evaluation and weighting of the two measurement instruments.

05 kununu Top Company 2023

kununu will continue to honor the best employers with the Top Company Award in 2023. The seal is only awarded to companies that have been rated particularly highly on the platform. We are delighted to be one of the most popular employers in Germany.

According to a recent YouGov study, the Top Company seal is relevant to applications for 45% of job seekers. Only 5% of all employers receive the award based on the kununu ratings of employees, alumni and applicants.

We see it as an incentive to continue to focus on a very attractive, modern and value-oriented culture, excellent teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit. Keep only those companies that have been rated particularly highly on the platform. We are delighted to be one of the most popular employers in Germany.

06 HR Excellence Award 2018

December 2018: CPC is HR Excellence winner in the "Corporate Social Responsibility" category. Every year, the HR Excellence Awards are presented to companies that achieve sustainable HR work through projects and initiatives. We have already won the award several times in recent years in cooperation with our customers. This year was no exception: we were on the list of nominees and impressed the jury with our project "Fit for the German job market - certification for refugees in companies".

"Fit for the German labor market" arose from the understanding that the integration of refugees does not end with their first employment in a company. They also encounter a culture in their day-to-day work that is very different from the working culture in their home country. Relying on trial and error here is a long and frustrating process for everyone involved.

 

The first "Fit for the German job market" workshops were held in December 2018, giving participants in-depth insights into topics such as project management, corporate values and organized work. Using a variety of methods, they were able to improve their skills in organizing virtual meetings, presenting and applying for jobs professionally.

 

Participation is rewarded with a certificate from our cooperation partner TÜV Rheinland Akademie after passing the final exam. This independent certificate supports the refugees in their next job applications on their career path in "certificate country" Germany.

 

The consistently positive feedback from participants and the high level of commitment in the workshops show us that we are meeting the needs of the target group and making a valuable contribution to successful cooperation within the company.
