Our quota of women: 52 percent

CPC employs 100% competent employees in their respective specialist areas. 52% of our consultants are women. This is above average in the consulting industry, even if the distribution across experience levels is not yet fully balanced.

Equal opportunities are part of our daily practice. This is reflected, for example, in the complete transparency of our salaries: all consultants earn the same salary for each experience level. Promotions are also not decided by individual line managers, but by the employees at the next higher experience level.

The business magazine Strive and its founder Katharina Wolff repeatedly demonstrate how important equal opportunities are for success and growth. Our two partners Jördis Anderson and Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher were delighted to represent CPC at this year's awards gala. Together with inspiring personalities from the German economy, they celebrated role models and their outstanding successes.

We would like to congratulate all the winners and at the same time encourage other women - and men too, of course - to pursue their passion and help change the world of business.
