At CPC, 100% of our employees are highly skilled in change management and other specialist areas. More than 52% of our change management consultants are women. This is above average for the consulting industry, even if the distribution across experience levels is not yet completely balanced.
Equal opportunities are a high priority at CPC
Equal opportunities are part of our daily practice. This is reflected, for example, in the complete transparency of our salaries: all consultants earn the same salary per experience level. Promotions are not decided by individual supervisors, but by employees at the next higher experience level.
The importance of equal opportunities for success and growth is also repeatedly demonstrated by the business magazine Strive and its founder Katharina Wolff. It was with great pleasure that our two partners, Jördis Anderson and Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher, represented CPC at this year's awards gala. Together with inspiring personalities from the German business world, they celebrated role models and their outstanding achievements.
