01 AI Strategy Consulting

Many companies recognize the potential of artificial intelligence, but fail to develop a clear strategy: Where does AI deliver the greatest added value? How can existing processes be automated in a meaningful way? What data quality is required to achieve reliable results?

What data protection requirements need to be taken into account? Without an AI strategy, companies risk making costly mistakes and missing out on opportunities. We help you refine your goals, identify potential, and develop a realistic roadmap.

02 Data analysis, model training, and AI tool development

AI only reveals its benefits when data is used correctly, models are trained in a targeted manner, and tools are integrated into processes. Tailor-made applications draw on your company's knowledge, recognize patterns in data, and learn which of these are relevant through feedback. In this way, AI supports informed decisions, optimizes workflows, and controls processes semi-autonomously. Ultimately, it remains the task of humans to decide on trust and intervention.

"Only with high-quality data and clear objectives can AI deliver reliable results and real business value."

03 AI implementation, including change management

Successful AI implementation can only be achieved when technology and people work together. Systems must adapt to users and at the same time be seamlessly integrated into processes. It is just as important to involve employees and actively shape change—because without change, there can be no lasting success.

Technology alone is not enough—only through change and acceptance can AI become a driver of sustainable change.

04 AI training, AI education, and AI workshops

For many people, AI seems like a "black box." This feeling of opacity creates uncertainty or risky solo efforts. That's why we focus on three things in our consulting services:

To make AI tangible in everyday life, we train AI scouts. They provide direct support to colleagues and answer practical questions about the use of AI.
We also offer AI training for employees and managers. You can find detailed information about two of our most popular training courses here:

06 AI support & ongoing transformation

AI technologies are developing at a rapid pace—new applications are emerging almost daily. It is an enormous challenge for traditional IT teams to keep track of everything and keep systems up to date. That's why continuous support, targeted maintenance, and the further development of AI solutions are crucial to remaining successful in the long term. Our consulting services ensure that your organization benefits from the latest technologies and always maintains a competitive advantage.

Success with AI can only be achieved with a partner who offers technology and change expertise from a single source.

Questions and answers

Why is the introduction of AI systems both an opportunity and a risk?

The use of artificial intelligence can be compared to the use of fire. Fire is a versatile, powerful tool in every respect that can be used for good or evil: fire can be used to prepare a meal, start a forest fire, or wage war. The decisive factor is the people who use the tool. Compared to artificial intelligence, however, we have been gathering experience with fire for thousands of years. On the one hand, this has resulted in a "feel" for how to use it, which must first be developed with AI. On the other hand, we have developed an entire ecosystem around it: with regulations (fire safety regulations), institutions (fire departments), and safety precautions (smoke detectors and fire extinguishers), right down to children's songs and stories. Everything to take advantage of the opportunities offered by fire and minimize its risks for us. We still have to build such an ecosystem for AI.

This applies to society as a whole on the one hand, and to the introduction of AI solutions in companies on the other. Anyone who wants to use AI needs a "cultural" framework. This provides answers to questions such as: "How should AI be used for us in the future? How do we shape its introduction, and how do we live with it? What do the changes brought about by AI mean for me?"

The answers are specific to each organization. Every business model and every corporate culture requires its own approach to prepare those involved for this new future.

We firmly believe that the successful introduction of AI requires both in-depth change management expertise and extensive experience in dealing with algorithmic decision-making systems. We offer both from a single source. Together with our partner Trusted AI, we support you in developing and implementing a customized framework for your company:

  • We provide technical advice—on purchasing, developing, and using AI systems.
  • We support you in the various phases of AI implementation with a range of change management methods and tools.
  • In addition, we offer you a network of experts on legal, political, and ethical issues.

Individuality is important to us: we believe that every AI project is unique. That's why we work with you to put together the right AI use cases and change building blocks for your specific needs. At the same time, we have a large toolbox of methods at our disposal. And because we are confident in our best practices, we don't have to reinvent everything for your project. This saves time and money.

In the initiation phase, we work with you to define key performance indicators that you can use to determine when you are successful and how much added value your business is generating.
