On March 20, 2025, our colleagues Johanna Höltermann and Sebastian Fletzberger once again received a prestigious award. At the festive gala in Cologne's Flora, CPC was named Germany's Best Employer 2025 in the 50 to 100 employee category for the second time in a row. The company was also honored with the Trust Champion Award —a recognition for 15 years of uninterrupted Great Place to Work® status.
Sustainable success through a vibrant corporate culture
This award is impressive proof of CPC's sustainable corporate culture. As change management experts, we consistently place people and cultural aspects at the center of our consulting approach. This is reflected not only in our success with clients, but also in the high quality of our own corporate culture.
A total of 1,080 companies took part in this year's benchmark study conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute. A representative sample of 561,891 employees were surveyed about their working culture. The focus was on topics such as leadership, trust, recognition, support, cooperation, team spirit, and identification with their company. In addition, company managers provided insights into their personnel and management practices.
Trust, identification, and team spirit as pillars of corporate culture
The best companies stood out in particular for their high levels of trust, identification, and team spirit. 91% of employees at the best employers stated that their managers trust them. Nationwide, this figure is only 70%. In addition, 92% of employees at the winning companies rated their workplace as very good overall, while the average in Germany is only 63%.
The Trust Index, which is calculated as the average of all survey results, stands at 86% for the top companies . In comparison, the national average is only 58%.
