Project management as a core strength

Many of you remember CPC from the days when we focused on one thing above all else: ensuring that projects were set up properly, ran smoothly, and were successfully completed. Project management was at the very core of who we are—and it still is today. But over the years, our perspective has broadened significantly.

I’ve been working at CPC for many years now. And what has changed the most during that time isn’t a single service offering or a new framework—it’s our focus on impact. In the past, the goal was to make projects effective. Today, the goal is to make organizations effective.

A Look at Effective Organizations

We work where strategic initiatives are born—and where it is decided whether they will actually be implemented in day-to-day operations. Specifically, this means we help companies consistently implement strategic projects, create appropriate structures, and—when necessary—further develop their culture and leadership philosophy. Change management is no longer just an add-on; it is one of our core tools.

This shift in perspective is also reflected in our current approach to Adaptive Transformation Consulting. We don’t view transformation as a series of isolated steps, but rather as a holistic process: from governance and frameworks to leadership, culture, and collaboration. In a world of constant change, it is precisely this—the ability to adapt and organizational resilience—that becomes a competitive advantage.

We have grown alongside our customers' needs

At the same time, in my view, CPC has consistently “grown alongside” its clients: Today, we work more extensively at the decision-making and executive levels, often with highly experienced clients and equally experienced consultants. The issues have become more complex, the time horizons longer—and the expectation to achieve sustainable impact significantly higher.

What hasn’t changed is our approach. CPC has remained true to itself. Our focus on people, on collaboration as equals, and on meaningful work continues to shape our work just as it did in the past. In other words: We do different things today—but we do them based on the same convictions.

A Fresh Look at CPC

So if you still associate CPC with its old image, it’s definitely worth taking another look. A lot has changed. And yet, at the same time, a lot of it still feels very familiar.
