Two days of strategy, exchange, and team spirit in Aschaffenburg

At the beginning of July, we came together for this year's company meeting—two intensive, inspiring days full of ideas, discussions, and shared experiences. Our goal: to create space for reflection, strategic alignment, and personal encounters.

Day 1: Strategy and collaboration

Friday was all about substantive work. In a joint review of the first half of the year, we reflected on successes, challenges, and important milestones. We then held an OKR session to refine our goals for the third quarter—clear, ambitious, and jointly supported.

A particular highlight was our internal "in-house exhibition," where colleagues from different projects presented methods, tools, and customer cases. These insights once again demonstrated how diverse and effective we are—and how much internal knowledge we can share with each other.

The day ended with a summer evening party featuring a pizza food truck, music, and cool drinks—a wonderful opportunity to chat away from the everyday project routine.

Day 2: Experiencing team culture

On Saturday, we took it easy—the day was all about lightheartedness and togetherness. Whether playing Viking chess, Frisbee, or going for walks, there was plenty of room for conversation, laughter, and a real team spirit. A joint lunch in the beer garden rounded off this year's meeting perfectly.

Our conclusion

The 2025 Company Meeting provided powerful momentum for the second half of the year.
Especially in times of remote collaboration, it has strengthened us as a team and provided us with direction.

A big thank you goes to all colleagues who made this meeting possible with their ideas, energy, and organization!

With renewed clarity and strengthened team spirit, we are now entering the second half of the year.
