We are extremely proud to have won the European Training Award 2023 in the "Mixed Training" category together with our customer Lufthansa Technik. We received the award for Vibrant Leadership – a learning journey – also known as a digital learning journey, which managers can embark on with their team or individually. The initiative offers coaching, workshops, and digital modules to explore current leadership topics in depth and exchange ideas with peers and within teams.
BDTV has been awarding prizes since 1992
Every year, the BDTV (Professional Association for Training, Consulting, and Coaching) honors exceptional training, continuing education, and qualification measures. The award was established in 1992 and is one of the most prestigious awards for outstanding achievements in the training market.
The final pitch for the three best concepts took place on April 27, 2023, at Villa Leonhart in Königswinter. The high-caliber jury awarded Vibrant Leadership the European Training Prize 2023 in silver. The representatives from Lufthansa Technik and CPC accepted the silver medal with joy and pride.
