How is the ranking determined?
The brand eins & Statista study is considered one of the most prestigious analyses of the consulting market in Germany. It is based on a comprehensive survey of experts and clients, which is conducted once a year. In 2025, it will be conducted for the twelfth time.
In the current edition, more than 3,000 industry experts and corporate executives submitted their ratings. Partners, principals, and project managers from consulting firms as well as senior executives from publicly traded companies were surveyed. Participants were able to recommend management consultancies in 17 industries and 21 consulting fields.
Particularly important: self-recommendations were excluded. This means that only the votes of customers and industry colleagues determine the ranking. The evaluation is based on a combination of expert assessments and customer feedback. Companies with an above-average number of recommendations are included in the list of the best.
