Biography:
Steffen Schweizer is a Senior Manager at CPC AG, specializing in organizational design, agile coaching, and organizational and team facilitation. He developed his agile mindset over 17 years of consulting experience in Germany and China, and today, as an experienced organizational designer, he applies it to complex transformations.
