In today's world, Change Management skills are indispensable. After the participants had already completed the first modules of the comprehensive Change Management certification as e-learning, the focus of the face-to-face training in the first week of March 2024 was on personal exchange. The valuable experiences and insights of trainer Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher helped to consolidate the content learned and make it tangible for practical use. The feedback speaks for itself:
"As a consultant in municipal climate protection, I was looking for approaches that could also be transferred to public administrations. The training showed me that the clear and structured CPC method offers many helpful tools here," says one participant.
