Change management is indispensable in today's world. After participants had already completed the first modules of the comprehensive change management certification as e-learning, the focus of the face-to-face training in the first week of March 2024 was on personal exchange. The valuable experiences and insights of trainer Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher helped to consolidate what had been learned and make it tangible for practical application. The feedback speaks for itself:
