Frankfurt, 20. August 2018 – On July 30, Ms. Ruth Schimanowski, General Manager of German Center Beijing, welcomed CPC as the new tenant with a traditional bread and salt basket. The relocation from Wangjing into a new office at the German Center in Beijing marks another milestone for CPCs long-term strategy – to offer Change Management solutions on the Chinese market.
“The move to a bigger office was required due to the consistent growth of our local team in the recent years”, said one of CPC’s founding partners, Gerald Kimmel, who attended the handover ceremony. Consequently, CPC is located within the German business community. “Now, we have a finger on the pulse of the companies. This helps us to better understand needs of the local market” confirms Anne Babilon-Teubenbacher, responsible for business strategy at CPC. In the future, CPC plans to use the new premises to host events such as ChaVent, which increases company’s presence on the market. It also gives local firms an opportunity to familiarize themselves with strategies that facilitate and ensure transformation required in China’s fast changing environment.
In 2017 CPC was awarded as Germany’s “Hidden Champion” in the category Change Management by the Scientific Association of Management and Consulting.
