In 2026, CPC remains one of Germany’s top management consulting firms. The Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) has once again recognized us—this year in four categories:

• Energy Industry
• Family-Owned Businesses & Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises
• Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals
• Public Sector & Infrastructure

We are very pleased to receive this recognition. It reaffirms our commitment to effectively supporting companies and public organizations through challenging change processes.

Change is a defining feature of all the outstanding areas

The energy transition, mounting economic pressure, new regulatory requirements, and the shortage of skilled workers present organizations with far-reaching challenges. At the same time, artificial intelligence is transforming business models, processes, and ways of collaborating.

For new technologies and strategies to be effective, they must be successfully embedded within the organization. It is not enough to simply implement new solutions from a technical standpoint. Employees must understand the change, develop new skills, and integrate new ways of working into their daily routines.

As experts in change management, we support companies and organizations in exactly this area. We combine strategic direction with tried-and-true methods and consistent implementation. In doing so, we take a holistic view of technology, processes, organization, and people.

Shaping Change in an Effective and Sustainable Way

For more than 30 years, we have been supporting our clients through far-reaching transformations. These include, for example, the implementation of new technologies and AI applications, organizational realignment, cultural change, and the modernization of processes and structures.

Our goal is not only to plan for change, but also to implement it together with the people in the organization and embed it for the long term. To that end, we develop solutions tailored to each organization’s specific circumstances, corporate culture, and objectives.

A ranking based on industry expertise

For the ranking, the Handelsblatt Research Institute identified a group of experts comprising more than 16,500 consultants working at approximately 500 consulting firms.

This peer group was asked which consulting firms they consider to be particularly renowned in their respective consulting areas and the industries they serve. Self-assessments and so-called “voting cartels” were excluded from the analysis. The published rankings are the result of this survey.

This assessment by experts in the consulting industry makes this latest award particularly meaningful to us.

Thank you for your trust and dedication

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our customers. Your trust, our collaborative partnership, and our open dialogue form the foundation for successful change.

We would also like to thank our entire team. With their professional expertise, dedication, and clear commitment, they bring about changes every day that have a lasting impact.

Receiving this award once again is both a validation and an incentive for us. We’ll keep at it: for successful organizations where people enjoy their work.
