Right from the start, we have been able to successfully test and apply many new approaches that oppose some industry laws: broad employee participation, development-oriented assessments, quantitative team goals rather than individual goals, collective leadership – to name just a few. Some of our principles were initially ridiculed or even prophesied to fail.
There is no question that difficult times were part of it all. Also today, new challenges keep us on our toes. Nevertheless, since the foundation, we have grown on average by 19% per year. All that with a philosophy that does not set growth as a goal, but rather views it as a result of good work.
